The weather is finally starting to feel warmer and with that comes all the joys of spring, and with spring comes the million and one events for which you might need to wear a dress. Add in the need for it to be nursing friendly and size inclusive and the pressure is on.

Not to worry! Here are some great options to consider. I make sure to cover the pros and cons of each brand, and they are all companies that I personally use. Some of these brands are ones I partner with and some are not. I always disclose all of my current affiliate links HERE.

  1. Momebrand - Great for "Dressy" Dresses

Momebrand is a size inclusive (XS-XXL) dress company. They specialize in dresses that are nursing friendly and also work for maternity. They just launched their new spring dress collection!

Pros: All items are made out of natural materials like cotton and linen. They have a great online community, fun patterns and mini me versions of many of their dresses, plus matching adult and child hair bows! Their nursing dresses also have pockets!

Cons: Their selection is limited and sells out quickly.

  1. Kindred Bravely - Perfect for when you're "On The Go"

Kindred Bravely is a one stop shop for anyone who is breastfeeding, pumping, pregnant or just wants comfortable and breathable clothes. Their size range is S-1X and everything is stretchy! They just released their spring collection which has multiple cute nursing friendly dresses, from relaxed T-shirt style dresses to more elevated looks with smocked bodices or eyelet lace.

Pros: They really know how to make things breastfeeding friendly. They use natural materials like bamboo (try their bamboo joggers!) and they have a very wide range of clothing and colors so if you're looking for more than dresses, this is a good place to go.

Cons: Quite a few of their colors are limited edition so if you don't get them when they are in stock, you might miss out. There can be a bit of size fluctuation between styles, so it is good to read reviews!

  1. Venus - If you want something a little more sexy...

Venus is not specifically a brand for breastfeeding, but it does have a lot of nursing friendly dresses at an affordable price point. Their clothes range from 2-24!

Pros: A huge range of options to choose from, plus swimwear (perfect for summer round the corner). The have a large variety of patterns, colors and sizes, plus they have a very easy returns process, if you need it. I have Venus items in my closet from over a decade ago and their tank dresses have lasted through two pregnancies and postpartums. So their clothes last!

Cons: Their clothing tends to run on the smaller side, so you might need to size up.

  1. Poet Dresses - A New Discovery!

Poet Dresses is a very new brand that I recently discovered. I saw their breastfeeding friendly Ode Dress and new I had to have it. It has puff sleeves and pouffy skirt, a bow AND nursing zippers. I was hooked. I'm happy to say it also washes really easily. They are size inclusive XS-XXL. This company also specializes in higher cut clothing. So it is a good go to if you need more coverage.

Pros: Great quality clothing and a little bit unique in style, offering more coverage. Plus you're supporting a small business. They have multiple button down style dresses that are breastfeeding friendly too.

Cons: Being a new and small business they have a very limited selection of dresses.

  1. Old Navy - For a Trusted Classic

I think most people think of comfortable, everyday clothes at a reasonable price point when they think of Old Navy, but I don't think as many think of nursing friendly clothes. I certainly didn't until I got two dresses right after having my first son. I went in to the store needing clothing that fit my postpartum body (their sizes go from XS-4X) and I came out with two simple cotton dresses with buttons down the front. I have worn them so much it is insane and they are holding up so well!

Pros: Affordable, comfortable and good quality. The most size inclusive option in this list and they have nursing tanks and bras to go with your dress.

Cons: A much larger company, so if you're looking to shop small, this one might not be for you.

Hopefully, these brands will help make your search for Nursing Friendly Dresses easier! Let me know what you find, or brands I should check out in the comments below!
